Our goal

To improve mental, physical, social and cognitive function through rehabilitation and therapy, enabling clients to acquire, maintain and practice the necessary skills to manage and maintain independent living and to ultimately achieve a greater independence by living on their own within the community.

Our expertise

Clients receive care from interdisciplinary teams of experts both in-house and through our network of Specialist Support Services.
Rainbow homes identify and facilitate appropriate continuation of our rehabilitation programmes moving from high support, mid level support to low support eventually helping the client into their own independent homes.
